2nd quarter snacktime!!

Need a sweet snack to get you through to halftime? Try this mix that is super low in calories and is actually good for you! And most importantly, it's AWESOME and fixes your sweet tooth!


(And well, you may not have these ingredients on hand for todays game... but get them for next Sunday! And if you DO have all these on hand, then what are you doing on my blog?! You don't need me! ;-)


1/4 c Bare Fruit dried fuji apple chips
1/4 c Crave Canyon cane juice and sea salt kettlecorn with anise
1/4 c Funky Monkey freeze-dried bananas 
1/4 c Gerber apple cinnamon puffs
1/8 c Up and Up (or Gerber) strawberry yogurt dips


(Don't overlook toddler snacks for adults! They're generally pretty healthy and SO good! All you moms already know that, because you KNOW you try them... hah)


Oh yeah! And sprinkle cinnamon on top! Cinnamon is a known metabolism booster! Yay!


Mix in a bowl and eat! The total damage? 116 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, and 20 grams of sugar, only TWO of those grams are actually bad white sugar, the rest is naturally found in the fruit!
